Project Overview

KM Software Services is a corporate software company offering ERP and business automation solutions such as HRMS, Payroll Management, CRM, and Project Tracking systems.
The design goal was to create a modern, tech-oriented, and trustworthy corporate website that clearly presents their software modules while reflecting innovation and professionalism.

Design Process

1. Research & Requirement Gathering
Started by analyzing competitors in the SaaS and ERP niche to understand how they visually present technical services. Identified the need for a clean B2B layout with structured content blocks and clear hierarchy.

2. Wireframing & UX Mapping
Created detailed wireframes in Figma covering Home, Solutions, Modules, and Contact pages. The UX focused on clarity making it easy for potential clients to explore solutions, view module features, and contact the team quickly.

3. Visual Direction & Style Guide
Developed a tech-inspired color palette using cool blues, light grays, and subtle gradients to convey reliability and innovation. Built a mini style guide defining button styles, grid spacing, and iconography for design consistency.

4. High-Fidelity UI Design
Transformed the wireframes into polished UI mockups with a focus on white space, modular sections, and sharp typography.
Each software module was represented by custom icons and infographic-style visuals to simplify technical information.

5. Branding Integration
Maintained consistency with KM Software’s visual identity incorporating logo colors, geometric shapes, and brand typography for a cohesive corporate presence.

6. Feedback & Refinement
Conducted internal design reviews with the client team. Adjusted hero section layout, increased CTA visibility, and refined content spacing for better visual balance and user flow.
