This website is for a real estate agency designed to help users easily explore property listings and connect with agents. The focus was to create a trustworthy, luxurious, and visually clean interface that simplifies the home-buying experience while maintaining a premium real estate aesthetic.

Design Process

Research & Planning: Studied property websites like Bayut and Zillow to identify user expectations, search patterns, and UI layouts that encourage inquiries.

Wireframing: Created wireframes for homepage, property listings, and single property pages to ensure logical navigation and effective content placement.

Visual Design: Designed in Figma with an emphasis on balance and clarity, using high-quality property images, subtle gradients, and structured grids for smooth visual flow.

Color Theme: Chose a palette of white, charcoal gray, and gold accents to convey sophistication and trust.

Typography: Used Playfair Display for headings and Open Sans for content to maintain a luxury yet approachable tone.

Microinteractions: Added hover animations for property cards, smooth scroll transitions, and animated map sections for modern interactivity.
